Agreeing to these terms

These terms are between you and Bearing Deployment Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”). By installing Until or using untiltime.day, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Until.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age in your country. You're responsible for what happens in your account, so keep your Google account secure. Until is for personal use, one account per person.

Your countdowns and share links

Your countdowns are yours. You let us store, sync and show them only to provide Until. A share link shows that countdown to anyone who has the link, until you stop sharing, so don't put anything private in a shared countdown's name.

Acceptable use

Don't use Until to break the law, harass anyone, or share content that's illegal, hateful or infringes someone else's rights. Don't try to break, overload or get around Until's limits; don't access other people's data; and don't scrape or copy the service. We may remove shared countdowns that break these rules.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. Until creates a calendar named Until and changes events only in that calendar. Google's own terms apply to your Google account. If you disconnect, syncing stops, and the Until calendar stays in your Google account.

Changes to Until

Until is free. We may add, change or remove features, or stop offering Until. If we stop, we'll tell you in Until first and give you time to export your data. If we ever charge for anything, we'll ask before you pay.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. What happens to your data is in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Until is provided “as is”. Countdowns depend on your computer's clock and time zone, and Calendar sync depends on Google, so don't rely on Until alone for deadlines that matter. As far as the law allows, we make no promises about Until beyond these terms.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities. Our total liability to you is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes go to the courts in San Francisco County, California. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of your country's mandatory laws and can also go to your local courts.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For a big change, we'll tell you in Until first. If you keep using Until after a change, you accept the new terms.
